I Call It Minimal Bohemian. Mostly I Call It Home.
When I moved into my first roommate-free apartment, I had a lot of work to do. There were mostly empty walls and a lot of wood accents. I didn't have any experience decorating a whole apartment, but I knew what I liked and what I didn't. The result was an apartment that feels uniquely me and really captures where I am in my life right now.
I really love minimal color palettes and lots of texture. The only colors really showcased are black, white, gray, and light pink. Just like this website! Oh, and a lot of plants.
Once I saw the giant bay windows, I knew this was going to be my apartment. The first night my feelings turned love/hate. They let in a ton of light, but are single paned. Which means that I basically know everything that's going down on 6th Ave.
